Ready to adopt a ZERO Tolerance attitude and declare all out war on fat, lethargy and procrastination?

For boot camp workouts think 'group training sessions', think 'outdoors'(whatever the weather and whatever the season!), think 'fun' and think 'challenging'.
The sessions are organised by a qualified Fitness Trainer with experience in the various training disciplines offered. The program is currently offered to both men and women although we do plan to split it at a later stage.

We mix traditional body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. The program is designed to push the participants harder than they would push themselves and, in that way, resembles a military boot camp. One can expect to work hard and get hot and sweaty but also enjoy a new dimension to exercising because of the variety that the sessions offer.

During a typical class one would get to run sprints, perform push ups and various forms of plyometric and interval training with little rest between exercises. It may sound like it’s only for the Elite fitness enthusiasts but in reality it is also suitable for novice exercisers since individuals are allowed to work at their own personal level and intensity.

This program is a way to get a low-cost, efficient and challenging workout. The classes also offer a supportive and motivational community of likeminded people to work along with one in reaching ones fitness goals.

What one can expect from a session:

a group of 5 - 20 people
a safe, secure, access controlled outdoor venue
fitness assessing (When registering and periodically thereafter.)
and a basic session format of warm up followed by workout and a cooldown and stretch to finish off.

Come dressed in comfortable clothing and wear layers, this allows one to remove outer layers when things start to heat up!

Bring a water bottle, a sweat towel and a smile!
